Tampa Young Professionals Association (Tampa YPA) was formed with the sole purpose to foster a social circle of like-minded business professionals in the Greater Tampa region, providing an unique opportunity to network with no pressure, advance your career through organic relationship building,  and partner together to give back to the community at one of our signature #TampaGivesBack Super Days.

Tampa YPA is industry agnostic, and promotes an inclusive environment where those in attendance can exchange information, form new professional relationships, and enjoy some of the most vibrant venues in the city.

We believe some of the best relationships are form when the self-interest of all involved is put aside for the good of the community we live and work in, and that’s why we put such a focus on philanthropic activity. Anyone can write a check for a photo-op on their company social media page. We look for those who have a passion to make a difference, and are interested in working alongside others with similar interests.
